I am so glad I found Room for Paws Pet Resort for enrichment play and boarding for my two rescue pups, Tyler and Max. The space is amazing (great light, high ceilings, meticulously maintained, and large play and comfortable resting spaces), the team is kind and professional. The owners, Carmela and Mitch, are obvious dog lovers, and are a constant on-site presence. When I arrived for my first daycare drop-off they had a welcome sign out for my boys, and after the first day I got a report card, and pictures of my pups in the play yard. I recommend Room for Paws Pet Resort in Stamford CT without hesitation for anyone looking for daycare or boarding for their best friends.

There are not enough ways to sing the praises of Room for Paws Resort! Our pups just spent a week there and had a great time. Carmela Cabrera Kaufman and staff went above and beyond in a number of ways (too many to list here!) to ensure that these doggos were cared for as if they were their own. I highly recommend Room for Paws with zero hesitation and so do these guys!!

Room for Paws Resort offer an exceptional experience for your pooch. When leaving my dog, I felt as if I was leaving her with folks who would care for her as if she was theirs, except it would be much more exciting for her. I left her in a facility where she could play with other dogs and hang out in a space designed for all of her needs and comfort. I have tried a number of day care places for her and when I have picked her up she is usually a little stressed and drinks a ton of water. But when I picked her up from RFP she was as calm and happy as if she was home. The next visit, she pulled me to the door and didn't turn back when I left. Room for Paws is the place for me from now on! I'm thrilled that they are so close by and accommodating to me and my pup!!

We used Room for Paws to board our 5 month old labradoodle, Holly, while we were on vacation. They were fabulous! Like leaving a toddler at nursery on their first day, we were naturally nervous about our puppy's initial experience away from home. RFP met our expectations. In a warm, caring, safe environment they took into account our pup's individual needs and provided a fun, clean space for her to board. Our puppy was not crate trained but this was not an issue as RFP was able to customize their services based on our puppy's needs. She was regularly exercised and had plenty of opportunity to socialize and play with other dogs as well. We picked up Holly after a week away very happy and better trained than we left her! RFP really cares about dogs and we highly recommend them!

Wow!!! We are so impressed with everything about Room for Paws Pet Resort! Carmela and her staff were the most caring, dedicated and professional team for our two doodles!! We had some health issues with one of our dogs the day before our trip, and Carmela came up with a plan that worked perfectly! The staff was kind enough to administer meds and text us a few times a day with health updates. The peace of mind we had leaving a not so happy beloved pet behind was wonderful. We highly recommend Room for Paws! It is immaculate, offers many services and our doodles had a wonderful long weekend romping around making new friends. We have already booked their next sleep over adventure at this awesome new facility where we know our dogs will be treated with love and care. We are so thankful to finally have an incredible place to board our dogs!!!

Our 3 dogs love Room For Paws Pet Resort. From the moment they arrived they were happy and felt at home. The staff customized their interaction and attention for each dog given that they have different levels of need and energy. We were kept up to date with texts and photos throughout our trip, and we had the level of comfort we needed to know our fur babies were enjoying themselves and in good hands! We look forward to bringing them back again soon!!

Beautiful, caring owners who took the time to get to know our little Frankie and gave him exceptional care while we were away! Truly the safest and the most fun place where our dog got to enjoy other dogs and lovely folks who gave him tons of attention and care. Was kept up to date through photos, texts and messages and I was completely comfortable and able to enjoy our vacation even while out of the country. Highly recommend Room for Paws and it will certainly be Frankies home away from home from now on!

I am so grateful to have Room For Paws to look after my dog, Cooper. He absolutely loves it and drags me to the door! He was so sad when I picked him up after his 3 day stay. This facility is gorgeous, clean and bright. He is depressed on days he doesn’t go to daycare, he makes me feel guilty when I work from home! Highly recommend this place, your dog will thank you, too!

We couldn’t be happier with our dog, Lola’s, recent stay at R4PPR. The resort is clean and caring - with many different activity areas and a comfy, private place to sleep. Lola even had a medical issue while staying there and they proactively took the best care of her. A BIG thanks to R4PPR for loving Lola while we were away. We will be back for sure!

Thank you Carmella and Mitch for taking such wonderful care of Millie! From the moment she was picked up to her return... I knew that she was being absolutely pampered and that she was having the time of her life! Millie was so exhausted from playing that she actually slept in the next morning (bonus for me!). Also, she arrived home looking gorgeous from her bath and de-shedding spa day!

Found Room for Paws just driving past it one day. Carmela and the whole staff has been so sweet and professional. You can tell they really care about each and every dog as if they were their own. We started our Daisy at daycare once a week and she’s been loving it! Cant wait to continue sending her. I would highly recommend this pet resort 🙂
